Come join us! The recharge ponds should be full of waterfowl, shorebirds, and waders, with an assortment of songbirds and raptors to fill out a varied list of birds. We’ll meet at the recharge ponds about 7:45am. We’ll prowl the wetlands for 90 min. – 2 hours. Perhaps we’ll get lucky with some unusual species for the desert, like dunlin or whimbrels. We’ll probably invade a local coffee shop to review the list. Wrap up about 11:00ish.
