Join Kathe Anderson and other participants to travel to Christopher Creek, a hotspot for bird watching. Look for many species of migratory birds and woodpeckers around the creek. The walks are short, and participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and apply their birding skills.
Learn about the ecology and ecosystems of birds and butterflies in a garden-based lecture. Also learn tips and tricks on creating the ideal habitat for both species. Bring a chair, if you want, to sit in the garden and tools to take notes.
