Experienced hunters teach kids, new to hunting, everything needed to hunt dove: firearms, safety, biology, hunting, cleaning, cooking and a live hunt the next morning.
Learn to hunt doves from experienced mentors at an AZGFD wildlife area. Bird identification, hunting tips, field dressing, guidance, safety briefing, gun safety and food provided. Registration required.

Two (Feb. 1 & 9, 2025) mentored pheasant and chukar hunts with guides and gun dogs in Central AZ alfalfa fields. Limited to 9 participants each hunt. $30 fee. Separate registrations for each date. Shotgun shooting skills required. This is not an event for beginning shotgun shooters.
