Weekly Bird Watch at San Pedro House
The San Pedro River is a haven for over 250 species of migratory and breeding birds that are either passing through or making nests for the Spring. This spot hosts weekly bird walks and watches. Bring binoculars, water and other tools to last several hours.

Look for hummingbirds outdoors and learn more about their migratory flights. Members of the Southeastern Arizona Bird Observatory (SABO) track these birds along their routes and will place bands on them. Donations to SABO are encouraged.
