The Arizona Trappers Association Fall Family Camp is a great opportunity for youth and their family to become familiar trapping. There will be sessions for all levels of trappers from those curious to see what trapping is, to current trapping families who wish to hone their skills. There also will be other activities for those not trapping such as wildlife viewing, arts & crafts, and games.
On Friday morning we are offering a Trapping Certification class from 8-noon for all those interested. If interested please register through Game and Fish website under Education; Hunters Education; Trappers Education; classroom course.
Semi primitive, water and restrooms will be available. Please contact if special accommodation are needed.
Tent or RV Dry Camping Spots are available
Participates will need to provide personal camp items. Sturdy shoes and short hike attire is recommended. Plan on varied temps from lows in the mid 30s with highs in the mid 60s.
All trapping supplies and equipment will be provided.
