Join Ranger Kevin for a 3.7-mile hike along the Go John, Quartz, Slate and Jasper Trails. We’ll be pausing to look at wildflowers and butterflies, as well as a variety of desert plants and animals along the way. The trail is rated moderate with some change of elevation. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Hats and sunscreen are also highly recommended. We’ll meet at the Go John Trailhead. Bathrooms are available a short distance from the parking lot. NO pets, please.

To register, please call the Cave Creek Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 8. Please be sure you register for the 9 a.m. Wildflower/Butterfly hike. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.
