This is a three day weekend event; however, trail maintenance will take place Saturday only. Please feel free to join us for the entire weekend or just the day! ALL ARE WELCOME! Wild Arizona and Arizona Trail Association will be covering all meals during this camping trip!
- Friday (optional): Meet at Gordon Hirabayashi Campground (32.33923, -110.71306) ) at 4:00 PM. That evening we will set up tents, cook dinner and get settled for the night.
- Saturday: Meet at Molino Basin Campground Work site (32.33775, -110.69027) at 9:00 AM for a tool safety talk and after, we will begin hiking toward our work site, along Bellota Trail. We will aim to be back at the trailhead/campground by 3:30pm. Then we will return to camp in the afternoon and enjoy a free group dinner provided by Wild Arizona.
- Sunday (Optional): trail maintenance until noon. Otherwise, bid our farewells and pack up camp!
Per our safety policy, a long-sleeve shirt, long pants, sunglasses/safety glasses, and closed toe shoes are mandatory to participate in volunteer work.
