Join Ranger Nikki on a 5.5-mile easy to moderate terrain hike at sunrise to observe various plants of the desert and watch for birds, mammals and reptiles starting their day. The route follows San Tan and Hedgehog Trails. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center.
