The shoreline at Lake Pleasant is often left with trash and litter from our guests.  We ask everyone to pack out what they bring in but not everyone is willing to do their part to keep the park clean.  This is why volunteers like you are needed!

Trash bags will be provided.  Please bring your own gloves, hat, water, and hiking shoes.  If you have an extra trash picker, please bring it as we have a limited number in our supply.

We are seeking willing and able volunteers to provide the manpower to walk the shoreline and bag trash and litter.  Due to the heat, we will start early.  You must be in good physical condition with the ability to work outdoors, standing, walking, and or bending over in the desert heat the entire time.

Upon arrival, you will be directed to the Discovery Center for check-in.  A staff member will provide your group with a Safety briefing and direct you to locations where we have most of our litter problems.

All volunteers will receive free admission to the park for the entire day!
