Loading Events

Hike along the 2-mile Waddell trail and learn about the native plants and animals as well as see petroglyphs carved by the Native Americans that once called the White Tank Mountains home. The trail is labeled as easy, though it can be uneven and rocky in some places. Make sure your students wear sturdy shoes and are dress apparently for the weather.

MEETING LOCATION: Area 7, Waddell Trailhead; there is a restroom and water fountain available.

Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the White Tank Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext.#5 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on Wednesday, 4/26/23.
