Join us for Desert Discovery Day on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Jewel of the Creek Preserve in Cave Creek!

This FREE family-friendly event, hosted by Desert Foothills Land Trust, invites you to explore the Sonoran Desert ecosystem through:

  • Hands-on activities

  • Up-close encounters with native wildlife

  • Engaging exhibits highlighting local history and ecology

Whether you’re a longtime desert resident or visiting for the first time, kids and adults will enjoy discovering the wonders of our desert home. With interactive displays and activities for all ages, Desert Discovery Day is a perfect way to connect with nature and the community.
