Desert Foothills Land Trust is excited to present our Spring 2025 Focus on the Foothills Field Course! Join DFLT staff, volunteers, and conservation field professionals for a unique, on-the-land learning opportunity.

Join botanist extraordinaire Steve Jones to learn about the plants and animals that call the Sonoran Desert home, the extreme adaptations they must endure to thrive here, and see examples firsthand. We’ll start at the DFLT office for a classroom orientation. After, we’ll go to Jewel of the Creek Preserve to observe plants and animals in a beautiful riparian setting.

Each course is $40. In addition to the field course, all participants will receive in-depth information about each topic and a field notebook. Space is extremely limited, so register today!
