7-9 AM: Registration – hand out number plates to rides

8-11 AM: Course Traffic – halt traffic at road crossings

12-2 PM: Course Sweep – ride course, pickup trash and arrows (black loop)

2-4 PM: Course Sweep – ride course, pickup trash and arrows

3-5 PM: Tear Down
