Description:

Needle Rock Recreation Area on the Verde River.  Wed April 6th  Meet at 6AM. Probably 4-5 hrs of birding. Limited to 8 people ( 2-3 vehicles). 

It is a great time to go there. Breeding birds here Cooper’s hawk, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Western Screech Owl, Brown crested Flycatcher, Bell’s Vireo, Lucy and yellow Warblers.
