We will hike 2.5 miles out and back of the pipeline canyon trail starting from the cottonwood day use area. The trail is rated as moderate and will have sandy, rocky, and uneven sections so please wear proper footwear and if you need them trekking poles are not a bad idea. Make sure to bring water on the hike as well as a snack. Bathrooms are available at the trailhead you will need to bring your own water. MEETING LOCATION: Cottonwood Day Use Area accessed from the North Entrance. If the parking lot by the restrooms is full, you can park in the picnic area parking nearby.
