Join Ranger Steve for an exciting evening hike along the park trails. We’ll be hoping to see all sorts of critters of the night! The trail is rated easy-moderate with some rocky, uneven surfaces and some elevation change. Please bring water and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Bring flashlights and black lights if you have them.

MEETING LOCATION: Slate Trailhead. NOTE: if you use your phone to navigate, it’ll take you to the wrong location. Enter the park, go past the Nature Center, then take your SECOND left, then turn RIGHT onto Tonalite and park near the first set of bathrooms.

Limit 12 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 8 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.
