Join Ranger Kevin for a 3.7-mile hike along the Go John, Quartz, Slate and Jasper Trails. We’ll be pausing to look at what’s blooming in the desert (shrubs, cactus, trees, and maybe even some wildflowers) as well as butterflies and other animals along the way. The trail is rated moderate with some sections of loose rock, uneven terrain and elevation change. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Hats and sunscreen are also highly recommended. Bathrooms are available a short distance from the parking lot. NO pets, please.  MEETING LOCATION: Go John Trailhead.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.   Registration for this program will close on 5/4/23.
