Join Ranger Steve for a classroom presentation on the wonderful Sonoran Desert! What makes our desert special? What sets it apart from other deserts in the USA? Why do cacti have spines? How do rattlesnakes survive in the harsh climate? To get the answers to all these questions and more, you won’t want to miss this program! Ranger Steve will discuss the human history, geology, wildlife, weather, and climate of the Sonoran Desert and what makes it just such an amazing ecosystem!
