There is no fee for nonprofits to share their calendar on Be Outdoors Arizona!
You can submit your event easily, select the categories you want to be related, enter your organization name and venue and the submission will be quickly reviewed for accuracy and posted! Click the button to submit your event!!

Free Membership
We’ll import your calendar events onto our calendar. We request you provide us with photos that we can add to the event. We have found that many smaller organizations do not fully utilize their calendars (especially Google calendars) and input very little information. These do come up as search results and if there isn’t enough information your potential attendees may not take the time to search for more information and they are lost forever. So, we will connect with you to get embellished descriptions and photos to optimize your events for attendance/participation. If your calendar can not be added, we have a calendar entry page that you can use. We will also embellish those should they need.
Your logo and link to your website will also be added to our partners page and we will follow you on your social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Of course we would love to have you return the favor and show your support of our mission and place our partner logo on your site. You also have access to the resources listed on the resources page for nonprofits.
Paid Membership
