These walks are for everyone: experts\, novices\, and people who have never gone birding in their entire life. \n\nBring water\, and wear sunscreen and shoes for walking.\nGroups usually travel slowly\, over varying terrain including cement sidewalks\, gravel paths\, and dirt trails. Participants should expect to walk between 1-2 miles total.\nBinoculars and field guides are available to borrow.\nPlease meet inside the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center at least 5–10 minutes prior to the 8 a.m. departure time.\nRestroom facilities will be available for use at the center.\nThis event is FREE\, although donations to support educational programs are always appreciated. These walks are for everyone: experts\, novices\, and people who have never gone birding in their entire life. \n\nBring water\, and wear sunscreen and shoes for walking.\nGroups usually travel slowly\, over varying terrain including cement sidewalks\, gravel paths\, and dirt trails. Participants should expect to walk between 1-2 miles total.\nBinoculars and field guides are available to borrow.\nPlease meet inside the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center at least 5–10 minutes prior to the 8 a.m. departure time.\nRestroom facilities will be available for use at the center.\nThis event is FREE\, although donations to support educational programs are always appreciated.
