The Governance and Strategic Planning Committee ensures that the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws enable a sound organization with open and disciplined governance. Periodically, the Committee will present a three to five year strategic plan that will guide budgeting and the deployment of programs and activities that move Be Outdoors Arizona toward mission and vision achievement.
